Kevin R. Marciano demonstrates the passion and commitment that clients desire and appreciate in an attorney. He is always well-prepared and prides himself on his knowledge of the law and procedures that apply to his cases. He concentrates his practice in the representation of catastrophically injured victims including medical malpractice, pharmaceutical liability, motor vehicle liability, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, construction accidents, liquor liability, personal injury cases and mass tort class actions. He has obtained numerous million dollar settlements and verdicts. He manages the Philadelphia office.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (formerly Pennsylvania and American Trial Lawyers Association) and is a frequent writer and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (PAAJ). He is an officer of PAAJ as well as the immediate past president. He is also a member of the American Association of Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Additionally, he is involved with the following PAAJ committees: Chairman of the Membership Committee; Co-Chair of the Legislative Network Committee; Public Relations Committee; Vice Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee; Fund Development Committee; Legislative Policy Committee and Long Range Planning Committee. He is also a member of the New Lawyer Section Leadership Council, serving as their chairman in the past.
He is also the past-president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Delaware County Bar Association and a former member of the Executive Board of the Guy G. deFuria American Inn of Court. Mr. Marciano also participated in planning and attending a holiday party for underprivileged children in Delaware County. He has presented anti-smoking mock trials in elementary schools throughout southeastern Pennsylvania in an effort to educate children on the dangers of smoking and use of tobacco products. In 2002, Mr. Marciano was recognized as one of the "50 on the Fast Track," a listing of the top 50 young attorneys in the State of Pennsylvania by the Legal Intelligencer and has been consistently named a "Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine.
Mr. Marciano received his Bachelor degree from Dickinson College. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Capital University Law School. Upon graduation, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony R. Semeraro in the Court of Common Please of Delaware County.
