Todd M. Bales Esq.
Todd M. Bales, Esquire is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania obtaining a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. In 1991 he earned his Jurist Doctorate (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law followed by his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from Villanova University. Todd has been in the practice of law for Nineteen years. From 1991-1998, Todd was with Davis, Saperstein & Salamon, P.C. Afterwards, he formed the firm of Gordon & Bales, P.C., which amicably dissolved in 2008. As of May of 2008, Mr. Bales became the principal of the Law Office of Todd M. Bales, P.C. as well as Of Counsel for the law firm of Cherry, Fieger & Marciano, LLP.
Mr. Bales' practice of law includes such diverse areas as Serious Personal Injury, Corporate and General Business Matters, Real Estate Transactions and Estate Planning and Administration. He is corporate counsel for several corporations including Access Pharmaceutical, WCP, LLC, Santucci Square Pizza, Inc. and North American Cable, Equipment, Inc. (NACE).
